Continue straight through the pass. You will come out into that looks like a little town. When you see the General Store with the big sign, turn LEFT there onto Freeman. If you pass the gas station, you've gone too far. Go back and turn RIGHT onto Freeman. She's about 4 houses up, and has a water-pump with 2409 on it.
